Town Wide Clean-Up Day at Barangay Barangka

Advertisements The Municipality of Baliwag under the Municipal Environment and Natural Resources Office (MENRO) conducted the Monthly Clean Up Drive on May 20, 2017 at Barangay Barangka, Baliwag Bulacan. The event started with a short program led by MENRO Staff followed by welcome remarks from Barangay Captain Rosita S. Garcia. Participants from the said Clean-Up Drive were Barangay Officials, Barangka residents, Government Employees, NGOs and other volunteer groups in Baliwag. Clean- up drive is part of the municipality’s endeavor to maintain the cleanliness of irrigation canals in Baliwag thus engage the community to have an active participation in the protection of our environment.
