SHELTER FOR THE LEAST PRIVILEGED

Last October 06, 2017 the Social Housing Finance Corporation (SHFC) Inspection and Investigation Team headed by Mr. Melchor Ricardo Bugho conducted the background investigation of the ninety three (93) Informal Settlers (ISF) of the Makinabang Home Owners Association. The proper relocation and provision of homes for the least privileged Baliwagenyo’s is one of the priority program of the Hon. Mayor Ferdie V. Estrella. The Local Government of Baliwag believes that through convergence and strong partnership of the government and private institutions, we will be able to provide shelter to all our fellow Baliwagenyos that are in need of help in having their own home.

The said families were invited at the Baliwag Municipal Annex Building, Conference Hall, where in the interview and profiling was done.

With the kind of leadership our Honorable Local Chief Executive have, providing “Serbisyong May Malasakit”, the Urban Poor Affairs Office was established, through it.the Honorable Mayor expects that the execution of the housing and sheltering programs and services for the eligible beneficiaries would be swiftly executed.

During the investigation of the SHFC to the possible beneficiaries of housing/ sheltering program, they also visited the Newly Constructed and Operating Urban Poor Affairs Office located at the back of the Baliwag Municipal Annex Building.

It is expected that this activity makes it one step closer for our least fortunate Baliwagenyos in having their own Homes, in the most immediate time possible.

Para sa Serbisyong May Puso, May Malasakit!
