The 12th Department Heads meeting was conducted last October 04, 2017 at 1:00 in the afternoon at the Conference Room, 2/F Municipal Hall Annex Building, Baliwag, Bulacan to discuss the current status of the Municipality’s programs and projects, as well as other matters related to management.
The Municipal Administrator, Mr. Enrique V. Tagle, presided the meeting which commenced at 1:00 in the afternoon. Most of the department heads were in attendance while those who are on official trips or seminars sent their respective representatives. The meeting heavily focused on the discussion of Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP), Document Tracking System, and Status of Community-Based Monitoring System amongst other topics.
Students from Baliuag University were also in attendance to present their project as a requirement for their class. The Department Heads applauded the initiative of the said students who were able to conceptualize and come up with an application that aims to monitor the fare matrix here in Baliwag.
All in all, the Department Heads Meeting went smoothly as the attendees were able to productively discuss and decide on important matters, while keeping the atmosphere serious but light at the same time.
